Q) What is the difference between Indian and Chinese Remy? 
A)  Indian hair has a smaller diameter and a softer and silkier feel.Chinese hair has a larger diameter, more coarse,and has a less shiny look to it. It resembles African American hair the most besides the yaki texture. 
 
 
Q) What is considered "virgin" hair? 
A) Hair that has not been chemically processed,meaning colored or permed.It only comes in  natural colors such as #1B (natural black.If you want to have the hair custom colored or if you want to process it yourself it is best to order this type.There is an additional charge for this type hair. 
 
 
Q) What are bleached knots?
A) Bleached knots involve the process of lightening the knots at the base of the unit. It provides the illusion of hair growing out of your scalp. I only recommended the perimeter unless you have complete or 50% partial hair loss. Because when the knots rub against your hair and the friction if not well lubricated will cause the hair to break at the base.
 
Q) What is a lace frontal?
A) A lace frontal is a hair piece that can be used to achieve a full hairline while wearing your very own hair in the remainder or you can wear weft hair.Can be ordered in width from front to back such as 2,4,6,or 8in
 
 
 
Q) Do you carry Stock wigs? 
A) Yes!But they sell out very quickly. You still need to be measured for a full lace wig because the wigs are all different sizes and everything does not fit everyone. Although for the lace front units they are basically medium size. (standard stock measurements: 22.5,14.5,11.5,12,15.5,4.5) Stock units must be PAID IN FULL at time of purchase. If you are ordering that is not in store then you will be subject to a shipping fee.
 
 
 
Q) Why does my wig look different from your pictures when it arrives?
A)  All my wigs are delivered to you in "raw" form. They have not been styled cut,etc..The purpose of the pictures on my site is to show you what styles can be achieved with your  unit.
 All the wigs you may see on other sites,as soon as you wash them that style is gone.The wig goes back to the state it was in before it was manipulated.
 
 
*Please don't look at a "J-Lo" wig and order it then when it arrives call because you expected JLO to come teased in a box.
 
 
Q) Will I be able to go swimming with the wig on? 
A) The same way you would like to protect your own hair from chlorine is the same way you should protect your investment.Whenever your unit comes in contact with chlorine it should be washed out immediately with a moisturizing shampoo and then conditioned.
 
* Keep in mind that you cannot have 3 days worth of mousse in your hair and not comb it and then go jump in a pool and after it shrinks up on your head and say Renee said I can swim in it". So if you choose to do so,it will be at your own risk! 
 
 
Q)  How long will my wig last? 
A) Being a Lace wig wearer for 4 years now,I can personally tell you that they will last if  properly taken care of. I have seen clients who have destroyed them in a matter of days.I even have daughters who wear them so I can see first hand the results of combing it incorrectly, using the wrong shampoo, not tieing it up at night,use of incorrect products, etc.
 
 
 
You name it I've seen it.
 
 
I do not come with the wig.Before and after you decide make a purchase, it is up to you to educate yourself as much as possible on the care of your unit. 
 
They are naturally made to last from 6 months up to a year. Again they can very easily be destroyed in days/weeks
 
 
 
Q) If I order a curly unit can it be worn straight? 
A) Yes......I'm asked this question numerous times a day. This is 100% cuticle hair. No matter how tight the curl is it can still be worn straight. Now the straightness and the length of time it stays straight does depend on the quality of the curling or straightening iron you are using.
 
 
Q)  Why are there so many different prices for wigs on the internet? 
A)  I cannot speak for everyone else about there pricing but my units are priced according to quality and repeat business. Unlike many lace wig businesses,I do have a physical location. You can come in for a consultation,have your head measured,and be steered in the right direction for your purchase.
 
Q) What are the cons of wearing a lace wig? 
A) These wigs need to be taken care of.They are not for those that just want to wake up and do nothing. They have to tied up every night and deep conditioned on a regular basis to preserve the cuticle in the hair.You also have to be extremely careful when cleaning your wig so that you are sure not to tear or stretch the lace.It is best to buy at least 2 wigs to alternate from while your wig is being cleaned. 
 
Q)  Do I return to you to have my unit cleaned?  
A) Due to the conditions that the wigs are in when I recieve them,I will no longer clean any units unless payments are made in advance and a cleaning form is signed.There is no flat rate. Fees vary depending on the condition of the unit.
 
 
 *You are responsible for cleaning and detangling your own unit. So please do not purchase with the intent that I will solely maintain your unit
 
*It is best to purchase the correct supplies to remove your unit as to not suffer any hair loss and also supplies to clean your unit as I am very busy and may not be able to fit you in in case of emergency
 
 
Q)  I prepped my own hair . Its only been a week and my unit is lifting. What should I do? 
A) Sometimes clients decide to have their own hair prepped already before application.At times the clients hair is not always as clean as it should be or they went against my directions and added grease, oil,or conditioner.All of these items play a part in improper application. If you choose to still have the unit applied then I will apply at your own risk. If unit lifts and you need to come back you will be charged regular fee for service. There are no do overs.
 
Q)  I had my unit applied and styled. Now I decide I do not like the look of it in the style I choose. Will i be charged for restyling? 
A) Yes. There is only one hairstyle per sitting. You will have to pay additional for the extra style and also may have to wait if a client who is on time is waiting to be serviced since you have already received what you have originally asked for
 
  
 
Q)  I thought I liked my unit when it arrived. Now that its on I have changed my mind about the texture.What can I do? 
A) Due to the fact that the production of these units are very time consuming,when your unit arrives you will have to sign off on the unit for approval.
 
 *There are a few clients that accept their unit and then they do not get the reaction they wanted from that special someone (who isn't always happy that you have new found confidence or that co-worker who didn't like you in the first place finds something negative to say)they decide all of the sudden that they no longer like their unit or want to change it.
  
 
 
Q)  I have a full head of hair but my friend has hairloss around the front hairline. Why does my application last 2-3 weeks and hers last 6-8? 
A) These units are designed for those with hair loss. If you have a full head of hair then your hair growth and the limited space for adhesive application will case your unit to recede far quicker than someone whose hair is not growing so there is no reason for the unit to shift. 
 
 
Q)  What if i do not like the way you apply my unit or frontals? Can I be refunded for my purchase? 
A) Absolutely not. The Unit Purchase and application are completely separate. If for any reason you are unhappy with my application you are more than welcome to go elsewhere to have your units applied. I have a very large following and may not be available when its convenient for you so it is best to have a back up in such cases.  
 
Q)  I used the products that you recommended and did exactly as you instructed but my hair does not come out the same.
 
A) For that I have no answer. Basically its like giving two people the same ingredients for a cake but you know they are both gonna taste different. I"m skilled at what I do and have been doing it for a long time. It may very well be because I use certain amounts of a certain products or I may take different steps. Some clients have had their units well over 6 months and they style them better than I can.
 
 
Q)  Could you tell me why I see lace if i look very closely in the mirror?
A)  Thats Easy.....because its not yours :)
 
 
Q) I used C22 to remove my unit and it seems to have burned and I suffered hairloss. Why is that?
 
A) C22 is better as a product to remove adhesive from the unit. I have come to find that a lot of people are using it improperly. It is not made to be sprayed and sit on your head for minutes at a time til it burns.it should be put on and washed out right away. Some people are very sensitive to this product and need to use an oil based remover.
 

Q) Why am I being charged when my unit is removed?

A) When a unit is removed it has to be taking off carefully, the adhesive has to be removed from your skin and the braids have to be taken out. This takes at least and half hour to additional hour of my time. It is not the same as coming into salon and being ready to have unit applied. therefore i have to charge
